Sven B. Schreiber (sbs) Andrey "Andrew" Roussak was born in Ufa, Russia, but he's living in Germany since 2001, which might explain why his music sounds much like 70's kraut - "Triumvirat" comes to mind, for instance. Even the obligatory J. S. Bach adaptations - highly popular then, after Keith Emerson's splendid cover version of the 1st movement of Bach's "Brandenburg Concerto No. 3" - are there: Besides "Prelude" from "The Well-Tempered Clavier", Andrew Roussak created a quite enchanting rendering of the chorale "Jesus bleibet meine Freude" from the cantata "Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben" (BWV 147). Favorite track: All Good Things.
