Crossing The Line

Sven B. Schreiber (sbs) 2½ years have passed since Andrew Roussak's previous album "Storm Warning", and I'm really happy with the new release "Crossing The Line". Don't expect something you've never heard before. It's full-blown retro prog with obvious 70s influences, but as such it's an excellent job. I was suprised to hear death metal growl on "Against The Tide", but it fits in quite well. Some "rifferamas" are eligible for fast forward, but on the bottom line, it's one of the pleasant prog albums relased this year. Favorite track: Just One Life.
